In the main house, there are 2 apartments (Maremma 4P / Fiora 6-8 P) located on the ground floor. The also new renovated annex has 2 apartments. On the ground floor there is a small Studio for 2 persons and an external staircase leads to the duplex apartment Aquileia. This is comfortable for 3-4 people.  All apartments have their own kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. In all apartments you’ll have your own chimney or pellet oven, therefore they also can be booked in the winter season.

The first house in Tuscany built with loam- Residenze Quercia– has 3 double rooms with a bathroom and a privet terrace. The rooms can also be connected together with a lockable door and are therefore also ideal for families. All rooms are floor heated and winter proficient. The close-by Rustico, an eat-in kitchen, invites the guests to cook and stay together.
